Skill Development

GEHNA recognizes that the skills play one of the defining role in one’s growth and development of society as it not only gives sense of empowerment to the people but also develops a sense of responsibility and financial security to the owner. Skill development is sadly one of the most neglected sector which off-late, has been taken up by Government of India under National Skill Development Mission. However, the Government initiative need to be matched with societal responsibilities by Social sector. So, we are next focusing on skill-development as our mission where we will strategize on skills which are in demand and help in imparting the same to the interested for financial empowerment and self-sustenance. We have focused on computer and digital skills, Creative skills like tailoring, weaving, crafts and small repairing works where we propose to opt for financial help as well as train them in-house.
